Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers.
The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently.
They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify, or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things, they push the human race forward.
And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.

It looks to me like if Putin didn’t have Nuclear Weapons, even France could take him.
I believe in, “Thou Shall Not Kill” until it pertains to anybody hurting my daughters.
If you know what’s wrong you’ve got it half fixed.
To do what’s never been done is a worthy quest.
Uber/Lyft, Airlines, and Railways must use the same rubber clock. Their minutes last longer than ours.

The event I remember most was Keith visiting the station that bore his initials was the day of the last game of the first Canada v Russia series. Everyone who wanted to see the game who wasn’t on air gathered in the newsroom to watch it on a small black and white TV. Keith asked if there was anyone on staff who didn’t like hockey, and when one of the copywriters said she didn’t, Keith took out his wallet and gave Peggy a handful of bills telling her to go to the liquor store and spend the money. Nobody jumped and cheered when Paul Henderson scored the winner than Keith did. (Stay Focused)

Jed Duvall: Hello George: As your nephew might tell you, part of Amtrak’s problems are that they have been traditionally underfunded, and they do not have absolute priority over the train tracks they travel. When the railroad owners ran passenger trains, up until 1960, almost all passenger trains had priority over freight trains and ran usually at 79-m.p.h. (or higher). Most Class 1 railroads today run their trains at 49-m.p.h. or less and do not given Amtrak clear tracks as was the practice 65-years ago. The western railroads (Union Pacific and Burlington Northern Santa Fe) do a better job of running trains than the railroads east of the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers (Kansas City).
Geo: Your right, Jed the freight trains do have priority because the Freight companies own the track. When I asked my Nephew why the passenger trains didn’t put more time on the clock at all stops so they could shorten the duration of each stop if needed. He said because they would have to publish times that may cause people to fly instead.
However, I love riding the train so much that I don’t care how late they are but I sure don’t want to wait for one.
