Ironically, I had a dream last night and you were in it – along with 2 of your brothers – (do you have 2 brothers?) We were supposed to meet somewhere, but I became sidetracked by a clerk in a store who wasn’t wearing any panties….haha….Honest! The ‘reunion’ idea has merit, especially as we get older …ie: we’ll all never be as young as we are at this very moment. On another matter…I was thinking how nice it would be if you allowed space (to the right of each of your ‘thoughts’) where people could either post a ‘like’, or, better still, comment on the observation itself – right there. There were some really goooood ones today! Best of the season, Geo.
I have one brother Earl and he ended up much later becoming the PD of CFTR. When being introduced around on his first day the SM said to him … I hope you’re not related to that prick George Johns.
Book a seat for your first Class FM VP’/Programming and Morning Guy at the table with two of my favorite programmers, you and Jack McCoy. First choice, San Diego in the spring. Second choice middle America somewhere….. San Antonio? Class FM San Antonio made many friends and many waves there as well as ratings and revenue records that will never be equalled again.

George, sounds like it would be a helluva party! Pencil me in as a maybe and a sure bet if it’s here in Phoenix. There’s plenty of choices but the Indian owned casinos all have hotels now and most likely the cheapest rooms. They also have great golf courses attached. Talking Stick & Whirlwind would be the best choices. Whirlwind is connected to the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass casino and resort and next to the Rawhide Old Western town. It’s located off I-10 about 20 minutes south of the airport. Talking Stick is about 20 minutes north of the airport on the Loop 101 freeway. Has two golf courses and another golf related attraction.

Reunion Pre-amble…George – do I qualify? I spent 3 years at Fairwest – went to STAR in Milwaukee to handle the incoming police calls and keep Cat calm, went to Norfolk with the gift catalog, went to Montreal with the interactive phone, went to Kansas with the credit card affinity program, went to Transtar to oversee the Music of Your Life music rotation and keep Gary calm, and on weekends ran 10ks with you via Reg’s Mercedes (the Mercedes went to Texas). San Diego would be a good location.
You look a way over qualified David but we’ll let it pass this time:-)

I remember doing that once at a Fairwest conference in San Diego and Jack McCoy was the Captain.
I kind of like Scottsdale, as that’s where I stayed on the way to get a Jack McCoy presentation. Boston would be great in the summer or the great lake in NH as we know someone who has a house or two there.
